Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revenic ("Service"), operated by Revenic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revenic is an AI-powered analytics platform that aggregates data from your connected ecommerce channels and delivers a daily Morning Brief with insights, anomaly detection, and recommended actions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person or business entity. Sharing accounts between multiple businesses is not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

Revenic is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Early Bird pricing is locked for life for the first 100 subscribers
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• No refunds for partial months, except where required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or algorithms
• Connect platforms or accounts you do not own or have authorization to access
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to compete with Revenic (e.g., build a competing product)
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. By connecting your platforms, you grant Revenic a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Revenic does not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service for you.

7. AI-Generated Insights

Revenic uses AI to generate insights, recommendations, and analysis. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on insights from the Service.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important decisions with your own analysis.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Third-party platform integrations (Shopify, Google, Klaviyo, etc.) depend on those platforms' APIs remaining available and accessible. We cannot guarantee data availability if a connected platform changes or restricts their API access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
