Revenic offers a subscription-based SaaS service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
If you are not satisfied with Revenic for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this period, contact us at support@revenic.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Revenic until the end of your current billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page under Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refund requests based on the above exceptions can be made at any time by contacting support@revenic.io.
For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
Early Bird subscribers enjoy their locked-in price for the lifetime of their subscription. If an Early Bird subscriber cancels and later re-subscribes, the Early Bird price is no longer guaranteed.
